Saks.com is currently not shipping to international countries other than the ones listed above. If you would like to have your online order shipped within the USA, but billed to an international address, please shop as a U.S. customer and enter the appropriate billing information at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return. Please download and print a return form, which you can find on your order status page or by looking up your order history in your account.

Follow the instructions on the return slip, making sure to indicate your order number and the items you’re returning as these details are necessary to process your refund. Once it’s all filled out, place the returns slip inside the parcel and send it back to us. If you choose to return an item for any reason, the item must be presented in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Once we’ve received your return and confirmed everything’s in order, our partner Localised will refund your original method of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for return processing. We will send a confirmation email when we have processed your refund.

We are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged.

At the moment, items purchased internationally on Saks.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any Saks Fifth Avenue stores.

Returns Shipping Cost

We recommend sending your items back using an insured and trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number. Unfortunately, Saks Fifth Avenue and Localised won’t be responsible for lost returns or for the cost of your return shipping.

Duty & Tax

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined and guaranteed by Localised (the company that partners with Saks.com to handle online international shipping) during your checkout. Duties and taxes are all paid by the customer at the point of checkout so there is no additional fee upon delivery.

Through our partnership with Localised, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in these countries.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it’s placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details and shipping information before ordering.

Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?

We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, that also means we can’t make any changes after your order is placed. This includes canceling your order, changing the address, changing the shipping method, and adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

The order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Localised, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

The prices at checkout you see include all duties, taxes and customs fees (if applicable). We won’t charge you anything else. Your credit card company may have a surcharge for international transactions. If you’re not sure, get in touch with your bank or credit card company for more information regarding international transaction fees.

When am I billed?

A

Once you place your order, we’ll place an authorization hold for the order amount. This means its cost will be set aside on your card. However, your card will not actually be billed until your order ships.

How much duties and taxes are charged on international orders?

A

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Localised international checkout.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Localised will remove the item in your product array.

Do you ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)?

A

Orders shipping to U.S. military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally shipped orders.

At this time we’re not offering gift wrap or shopping bags with deliveries. You may want to inform the lucky gift recipient, so they know to expect a parcel.

What is your return policy for international orders?

A

Returns are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return an item for any reason, the item must be presented in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged.

Through our network of valued vendor partnerships, we are always working to bring the best product to our Canada stores. Prices in Canada may be different from prices in the U.S., dependent on where products are produced and how products are shipped to Canada.

Through our partnership with Localised, we are pleased to provide an easy-to-use shopping experience for our Canadian customers. Customers shipping to Canada will see product prices in their local currency based on the current exchange rate. Your total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.
